I DEFINITELY want to see if I can find a small shelf-type thing for bathroom books. Face it, I ALWAYS want something to read while I’m soaking and I can’t exactly take library books or textbooks into the tub with me, so I need some sort of unit that will allow me to have a cache of books in one place that I don’t mind if they get wet. So that’s a definite thing (and, yeah, I’ll probably paint it purple, if it’s wooden. Or have someone else do it. Whichever.)

I stayed up way too late last night….didn’t go to bed until noon today and was up by 2. The BAD thing is that due to the cold, I’ve been sleeping in more than I probably should, and of course, the day is nearly gone with nothing done.

So my plan is now modified to:

• Laundry (at least the first load can go in before I leave)
• Clean out Car
• Coinstar (I’m pretty sure there is one next door at Fry’s)
• Mesa Post Office (Mom’s package, if no one else’s!)
• Mesa Library (just to dump off books. Screw the fines, for now)
• St Vincent DePaul, Mesa Thrift Store, and Mesa Goodwill
• FYE to trade in some CDs
• Gracie’s, ARC, and both Tempe Goodwills
• Gas (7-11 at Warner/Kyrene is down to 2.23)
• Chandler Library (drop off books and get new ones)
• Vacuum and Dust (obviously doing MORE laundry)
• Call dentist
• Write papers until my head explodes

I’m still processing what Amber told me the other night. I feel worse that she feels bad about not telling me than I do about her not telling me, if that makes any sense at all. And I’m sure it doesn’t, to anyone but me and her.
