So I went in for my assessment at the gym today; I’m pretty sure that my stats are pretty much crap, but I’m putting them here for posterity anyway.
Blood Pressure: 120/76
Resting Heart Rate: 66
Target Heart Rate: 138
Height: 5′2″
Weight: 127
BMI: 22.5
Body Fat: 26.7%
Shoulders: 14″
Chest: 36.25″
Waist: 31.5″
Hips: 38″
Thigh: 18.5″
Arm: 9.5″
Sit & Reach: 10-11-12″
Partial Sit Ups: 6 (60 seconds)
Push-Ups: 15 (60 seconds)
My BMI is great, although at the high end of the range. I’m definitely pleased by that. My body fat percentage is also in what’s called the acceptable range. As far as being able to stretch, do situps and pushups….well, that’s definitely an area of opportunity! I am thin, I guess. Just not necessarily fit.
